Neurologic Care

Our multi-disciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and therapists is dedicated to helping each individual achieve the highest level of function when performing activities of daily living and exercise. Our neurorehabilitation program is patient-centered in design and focused on the individual's goals and quality of life. The key to the success of our program consists of coordinating care with the individual, their family, and physician specialist. Returning home is the goal for everyone, however, we can meet the needs of an individual who may require long-term care. We understand many individuals encounter multiple symptoms with neurologic disorders, which is why our medical team specializes in all conditions related to the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system.
